Accent Global is conducting a global enterprise assessment for the International Crisis Group (ICG), headquartered in Brussels Belgium. ICG is an international, non-profit, non-governmental organization whose mission is to prevent and resolve deadly conflicts through high-level advocacy. With field offices located throughout the world, ICG was created as an independent organization dedicated to assisting governments and the international community in preventing deadly conflict.

The assessment team will include consultants from Accent Global System Architects and Netutry (A Tarika Group Company). The enterprise assessment will review the organization from a technical, functional and operational perspective. ICG’s global presence is highly dependent upon effective and efficient communication to and from the field analysts. As a non-profit organization, IT resources are limited, so the enterprise assessment will provide recommendations to leverage these resources to improve overall mission capability.
