Accent Global provides the following plan for its employees:

CareFirst Coverage
The Blue Cross Blue Shield CareFirst Plan allows you to receive services from any licensed provider, providing a higher level of benefits for services you receive from providers who have joined their network of preferred providers. The Accent Global option is designed as a high-deductible plan, with the employer and employee sharing in the base premium costs and the employer funding the deductible portion on behalf of the employee through a Health Savings Account.

Health Savings Account
In conjunction with CareFirst coverage, each employee establishes a Health Savings Account (HSA), providing both traditional medical coverage and a tax-free way to help build savings for current and future medical expenses. Accent Global contributes cash to each employee’s HSA each pay period, building a portable health fund for the future. The Health Savings Plan features a high annual deductible and an out-of-pocket maximum. Unlike a flexible spending account, any unused funds are carried over, without limit, from year to year. Once established, the savings plan is the employee’s; it conveys in full upon separation from the company.

CareEssentials
Available for CareFirst members, this coaching/counseling program is designed to identify health risks and target solutions. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to provide useful, easy-to-understand health information that can help you make appropriate healthcare decisions.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account
Designed to reduce taxable income by reimbursing eligible and out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses on a pretax basis. A ceiling amount exists for this account; Additional information is available from Human Resources.

Retirement Savings 401(k) Plan – Scheduled for Introduction in 2008!
Permits you defer a portion of your pretax salary dollars. Accent Global will match up to six (6) percent of your contribution. You can also contribute to a Roth 401(k) Plan on an after-tax basis.

Direct Deposit
Employee payroll is deposited directly into their designated accounts bi-weekly. The employee has the option of depositing into a single account type, or split it into multiple accounts.

Commuting Benefits – Scheduled for Introduction in 2008!
Accent Global will reimburse a portion of your monthly commuting/parking costs.

SmartBenefits and SmarTrip Accounts
Employees may choose to participate in the SmartBenefits deduction program offered by Metro; The program provides pre-tax deductions for use on public transportation/parking services throughout the DC Metro area.

Paid Vacation and Sick Leave
All new employees receive 12.5 days of paid vacation per year. Sick leave is accrued based on hours worked, with the average employee receiving 5 days per year.
