Ms. James has over 25 years experience in the IT industry with expertise in project management and leadership with an emphasis on quality assurance. She is directly responsible for the validation and on-time delivery of several large, complex systems. Due to her efforts clients have experienced improved, efficient system operations and enhanced customer communications and management capabilities. Ms. James has received a number of awards and recognition for her outstanding work managing and leading teams of IT professionals.
Ms. James is an alumnus of The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH where she earned her Bachelor’s degree and Troy State University in Troy, AL where she earned a Masters degree. |

Shane Aubel is a partner and co-founder of Accent Global System Architects, LLC. He specializes in information systems architecture and project management; bringing both of these specialties together, his focused expertise is business technology integration (BTI). Mr. Aubel’s notable achievements have led to increased productivity, increased revenue and millions of dollars in cost savings to his clients. Mr. Aubel is a successful entrepreneur whose leadership in the area of business-technology integration provides a basis for addressing the challenges and resolving the problems facing the IT industry today.

Michael Boyer is a partner and co-founder of Accent Global System Architects, LLC. He has over 18 years in information technology managing, designing, and developing enabling solutions for both the private and government sectors. Mr. Boyer has extensive experience as a software architect and engineer and has been instrumental in the certification of SEI CMM Level 3 projects, bridging the gap between Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC) processes and SEI CMM® Level 3 processes.
Mr. Boyer is an alumnus of West Virginia University, in Morgantown, WV, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Mr. Lasley is Vice President of Accent Global System Architects, LLC (Accent Global). He retired from the U. S. Army as a Finance Officer in 2000, after serving over 20 years, culminating his career on the Army Pentagon Staff as the project lead for development and implementation programs establishing allowances, compensation and entitlements for the Department of Defense. He has extensive experience assessing organizational quality performance, process re-engineering and managing IT projects for both government and private organizations. He has led and trained numerous analysts on performance improvement processes and provided executive consultation to align business goals to organizational activitiesc.
Mr. Lasley is an alumnus of The University of Boston, with a Masters in Education.
